These are the stories from one perspective,  

sometimes overheard,  

sometimes lived.

Scattered remnants of what was,  

longings of what could be,  

pieces of ourselves.

Alive and definitely present,  

visible now in different locations—  

one view, one story at a time.

A we nearby,  

waiting to be noticed,  

to be acknowledged.

An us is always lurking close.

Together:  

a collection of feelings called us.  

Perspectives becoming a narrative  

in the state of we.
